I did not like your service. When people make a reservation, keep it for them and don’t cancel their reservations only to reap them off at the last hour. You canceled my reservations twice and charged me on a day to day basis for two days for a total of $188 plus just because at that time I have no choice even making me to pay more on my credit card. You guys better go to hell. I will never use you guys again nor refer you to anyone even in my next trip to Columbus Ohio.

The vehicle was reliable and unlimited mileage was needed.

When I arrived they had given all the cars away to walkins. There wasn't any cars available and I had to wait untill a vehicle came in. It wasnt cleaned and the gas tank was empty. It also made me late for my destination by an hour and a half. I had made the reservations 4 or 5 days ahead so I would have a car. Then they gave me a minivan because that's all that they had that came in.

Never think Payless is less. The pick up and drop off in IND was the same as every other brand. The top brands even share their location and staff with Paylees. Good rental, Good Car, Good Service....

The price was twice what I thought it was when booked trough carrentals.com and the Truck was dirty, including pizza crust from the last customer, also the sticker on the License plate said 6-21 which appeared to be 6 months out of date. Other than that it was great.

The customer service reps for the pick-up and return locations were very kind and helpful.

Payless allowed me to reserve a car but didn't tell me that their shuttle wasn't working. I waited for 30 minutes before attempting to get a new car rental with Avis and noticed the sign regarding Payless customers speaking with Avis reps for car rental info. Then they didn't have the car I wanted and I had to drive a Jeep Wrangler in a storm. I will not rent from Payless again.

Waited forever for counter to process rental contract. Then walked to pickup area and car wasn’t even there. I had to go back to counter and wait in line again for 30 minutes to get another car. I made sure car was in lot. I had to leave car to get a ride back to pickup rental. When I returned to pick car up I started the car and it had low washer fluid warning and car network down check immediately warning. I walked back in to rental counter. There was 5 people in line. I waited 45 minutes only move up 2 people. I walked to enterprise and had a car rented in 15 minutes. I then got back in line behind to same to people and waited another 30 minutes. I told the counter person I wanted a full refund due to car issues and wait time. I was told they can’t refund I had to call customer service. I called customer service and had to argue with because they said the car had moved when it did not. They refunded most of my money $62 wasn’t refunded but it’s not worth calling again and I lost the insurance money I paid to the site $66. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a vehicle.

Very good. I had a medical emergency while I had the rental car out, and Budget arranged for a tow truck to come pick it up where it was parked because i was in the hospital on the return date.

I liked that we got a free upgrade, from a small SUV to a medium SUV, at no additional cost. Although I was worried that the gas mileage would suffer, it turned out to be a nearly new vehicle; the mileage was very good! The staff in the Hertz office could definitely use some professionalism. They do not greet customers when they come in, and the atmosphere is too casual for a business. The environmental decor is completely lacking. Could use comfortable seating at least..

I reserved a car, received a confirmation that it was ready for me. When I got to the place I was told the reservation was canceled because they didn’t have a car available. Now mind you I was sent an email saying my car was available. When I asked how they could let an agent reserve a car that wasn’t available I was told that they don’t know what is available until it comes in. What kind of bs is that? Absolutely bad business practice & I would not recommend this place

Despite making a reservation 2 months in advance, they did not have a car for me to rent at the time of my reservation. They were unapologetic and simply said they would call if one came in, I never got a phone call and went to a competitor to rent a car with them instead.
