There was a minor and brief mix up where they said I owed $40 more dollars. The guy was helping out at that location from their mid-town office and punched in the wrong code, mistakenly saying I was returning the car to the wrong location. It got straightened out when I objected to any further charge.

Couldn't use debit, then couldn't use tap to pay with my credit, so I had to go all the way home to get my credit and then return to the rental place again. I couldn't make any changes to the rental on the phone. I had to go to a physical location to do so. Any questions that I did have were answered incorrectly on the phone (including store hours) because I couldn't get ahold of anyone who worked at the physical location, only outside of the country.

I would have liked to have a simple map showing all the area around the airport as all the roads are confusing and how to get to the proper road to continue my journey. No one could provide this information.

Luved the agent who handled my pick up and processing. She was amazing and helped me with not only one rental, but two! I wish I knew her name, I would write to her supervisor for how amazing and helpful she was. Tulsa Airport.

Because I reserved through a 3rd party, I feel the rules and agreements were hard to understand or weren’t explained thoroughly. They should have an itemized invoice of all charges pending or not.

I paid and reserved full size SUV. At pick up the gave me a Mis Size SUV because they have no vehicles in stock. Trying to get part of my money back due to wrong vehicle guiving might have to do a Credit Card dispute. Don play with peoples travel plans! Or at least guive them a couple day notice! Definetly not at airport counter!
