I returned the car and asked for a receipt and they said I couldn't get one. I told them I don't mind waiting, and they said I'd be emailed within 15mins. 3 hours later I get a call asking if I'm going to keep the car another day, and I let them know I returned it 3 hrs ago, and they told me I didn't. I described the two guys behind the counter, as well as the woman I was speaking with, and they had to double check and when they called me back said I was good. 4 days later I get an email telling me that I had damaged the vehicle, which I hadn't and which is why I wanted in invoice immediately. They had the car missing for 3 hrs+ and somehow didn't notice any damage for 4 days? Now, I have to deal with them. Horrible experience.
