Unhelpful employee. We arrived 1:30 ahead of time to pick up the car and waited for it to be cleaned. We got the car very dirty!!!!

I asked for self fueling on return. I filled it up to the top of the tank and saw later I was charged for 6 gallons at 14$/gallon on my receipt. An absolute rip off ! never with Hertz again !

Waited 6 hours in a very hot building. I lost 2 days of vacation. I will never book a rental here again.

I needed a car for 5 hrs. The quoted price by the agent on-site was way too higher than the online prices. Had to reserve a car online in order for the agent to get me a batter price. This in fact was the 2nd car I rented from dollar in last 2 weeks. First one was booked for 13 days and the agent tried his level best to up sell various additional products by giving wrong information.

hertz dollar and thrifty are the same company they combined dollar and thrifty so when i arrived to pick up car there were at least 100 people about 2 and 1/2 hr wait unbelievable

Poor opening hours. Ace was closed by the time my flight arrived. Kayak did not alert that closing time was within 30 minutes of pick up time.

I made a reservation and did not use it. Arrived at LAX Airport about 9:30pm. Waited to get on a shuttle. I finally asked a driver and was told ACE does not pick up?? I have to call them. I called and was told they had closed at 8pm. I was literally left on the curb at the airport. I am elderly and was told they open at 5am. I had to find another rental with someone else. Was not a fun experience.

There was s hidden insurance fee that wasn’t mentioned and almost doubled the price. If I had the option, I wood have cancelled the whole rental.

We had a good experience renting the van. Customer service was great.

NO shuttle from Airport. Had to take LAX Green shuttle to Car Rental Depot. Difficult to carry luggage and golf bags.

Shocked by how cheap and good it was. Will use again.

Pick up is off airport and had to wait a hour on there bus once on bus they put u in a van then to car 🚗 the bus stuff was the only thing that really suck

The car was ready and clean. However, the terms and conditions with Priceless are significantly different than with more well known companies. IF you read the final reservation confirmation very carefully - after you have paid the rental - you will find that you have to bring your own proof of insurance, and if you don't have it (as most people living overseas will not), then it is an additional $270 a day. Needless to say, this changes the rental cost substantially - for me it tripled it. The rental office itself is remote, no where near the other car rentals so you have to take a different shuttle (the metro shuttle), get off at a bus stop and they send someone to pick you up. When I asked the driver about getting back to the airport, he said yes they take their clients back to the airport to the terminal of departure. This turns out to be a service only available if you pay $75 extra dollars. When I returned the car at 6am (opening) for an 8am flight, there was no one in the office yet, they said their shuttle - which only leaves every 50-60 minutes, didn't start until 7am. The interaction was unprofessional and unhelpful, with the answer being take a rideshare. They couldn't find the key to open the front gates across the door, so our rideshare showed up and had to wait. It felt like actual costs were hidden, the service was poor and the business sort of thrown together. It was not a great experience and I will not rent with them again.

Too much time from LAX to their office. Staff was less. Car seems o be accidental
