I received a car with squeaking brakes and i returned it because it felt unsafe to drive. They didn't have another car of the same category or anything close. They offered me a car of a higher category but the price difference was ridiculous high. I ended up leaving without a car and they still charged me. Horrible service

BE AWARE! They will charge you a “mandatory” insurance in Ecuador which will more than double your price. I tried to fight it, but there were 3 other people having the same issues… make sure you factor that into your budget. Other than that the experience was alright, just like any other car rental any where else.
