-Pro: I liked that I was not pressured into some things I didn't need, like insurance (my insurance already covers rentals), fuel prepays, or toll prepays -Con: I did receive pressure to upgrade (for added price), which I did not need or want. I had a bike with me and the agent tried to convince that it wouldn't fit in the car ... yet it was a hatchback and absolutely perfect for the bike. -Con: The agent was not friendly and did not want to take the time to look into price differences (for instance I was dropping at a different location and wanted to know the price difference if I returned to the same location) -Pro: I liked the car model and car handled very well. -Con: The car was very dirty and had a bad smell. Floor and seats had been cleaned, but things like cupholders had drips, etc. all over them. There were no foot mats. Car had over 40K miles. Tires were bald.
